I don’t understand how any of these acts will in anyway benefit anyone except politicians and those in Hollywood. And, I barely think it will benefit the ladder that much either. This will only create massive amounts of hacks and lead to viruses out the wazoo.

Stop trying to fix something that was broken to begin with.

In this case, the World Wide Web. The internet has always been broken and open to everyone and if you try and control it, it will only end up bad for everyone. So to sum it all up; just leave it alone. Thanks.
